Republic Day celebrations at Al-Ameen on 26th January 2024 was an occasion to come together and share the rich history, culture & traditions of our Indian heritage, to mark the historical moment of India’s transition to a republic and commemorating the enactment of the constitution of India.
The Celebrations started with guard of honour by our NCC cadets, followed by flag hoisting.
Squadron Leader Girish Udupi was the chief guest. In his speech he spoke about the importance of small efforts repeated day in and day out, persistence, attitude, values & hard work. He said that success was learning from failures without losing enthusiasm because life is full of challenges and obstacles. However it's the courage to continue that counts. In real terms success is not just about achieving goals but also about the journey and the learning along the way. It's about the resilience to bounce back and the determination to keep going despite the odds. He advised the students to always remember that “The more you sweat in success the less you bleed in pain”.
Students put up a spectacular show depicting the unity amongst India’s rich cultural diversity, patriotism & love for our country.
Chairman, Hon.Secretary. Executive Council Members of Al-Ameen Educational Society, principals, students, staff and parents attended the celebrations with enthusiasm & zeal.
